CULINARY ACADEMY OF INDIA (CAI) is the Top Culinary College in India as per my knowledge. This is the first college in India to start a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts with full-fledged Technical facilities way back in 1996 and offered a Bachelor's Degree with affiliation to Osmania University. I did speak to a lot on Alumni of this college and most of them feel very proud of their college. I feel that this is the only college which has dedicated webpage on their official website for the products made by the students while undergoing training...which is very unique. No other college has this on their website not only in India you can browse colleges in Europe and America.
