Maybe, the college in which you have submitted your form or applications have higher cutoff then your score.As in every round the cutoff slightly changes by some marks

Every different entrance examinations counseling has different procedure regarding seat allotment in the subsequent rounds. Generally in some counselling procedure you are given with the option to freeze a seat or rather go further to the next round of counselling, and cancel the previous booking.

Yes, the 3rd round counselling process for nchm will be done in online mode itself as the previous 1st and 2nd rounds of counsellings.

For this, all you have to do is to fill the registration form for counselling through online mode with paying the counselling fees too.

For nchmct you have to fill option form and pay fees each time you participate in the counselling round.The second round seat allotment was done on 20th June,2019.So i think you have filled that and now the reporting has started.But, you have to fill the form again for third round
