                  For general category this rank is quite and thus with this rank you may not get into one of tge best IHM'S in the country. For other categories one may surely get into some good colleges.

After clearing a particular entrance exam or the criteria of any counselling, you have to register for same. In counselling you need to fill up your details like roll number of board class and roll number of the entrance exam paper through which your other details like rank and category

It deoends upon your intrest and eligibility that for which course you wiuld like to apply.

then yes, it is one of the great course offered there

No because if you have already applied as general during registration and exam and now you want to apply as SC candidate for counselling even though you have proof for it it won't work. 

You will be disqualified so it's better to fill the counsilling also in general category. 

Dear student if you want to change category after registration and exam during counselling you cannot change .

You will be disqualified even though you have certificate proof because of filling wrong details during registration. So it's better to fill the counseling as general category only.
