No issue, its ok if you have given your papers for rechecking. There are some chances that the marks will increase. The only thng tgey will do is calculation of marks again. No answers checking will be done. These are the terms and condition while giving tha papers for rechecking.

Both of them are govt. aided and hence both are good in terms of results and placements. I would suggest you to select the college based on commutation and croud since both of them play an important role.
