Yes, Mobile phones are allowed in all the hostels as it is a necessity in today's times. Shraddha bnys hostel, manglore also allows students to have cell phones and use them inside their hostels. They can't deny you for using or carring mobile phones.

(Since then no update has been made related to the hostel fees)

Apart from this, Students allotted A.C. Rooms are required to pay additionally 20,000 per semester.

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that fees structure of bsc in agriculture is around 85000 per year in  vanavarayar institute of agriculture . The duration of the course is around 3 years so the total fees will cost you around 250000 for the whole course, their might be some hostel fees security deposit will they will give you back in course completiion

IIITs are much better than VIT. VIT is an average Institute with good students having average and sometimes below par faculties(exception are everywhere). IIITs have far better faculties and facilities than VIT. VIT has good infrastructure but not enough for students studying there as its student intake is very high

Many new IIITs lack their own campus and thus fail to provide students with many things, which are essential for their student life. But I can definitely assure you that IIIT, is way better than VIT. Not only it is an institute of national inportance, but also has its own campus and is thriving there.
