Generally in most cases, Total Fees of the college doesn't include the hostel fees. Total fees of a college basically comprises of the Tuition fees, examination fees and other academics related fee.

Hostel fee is charged separately and it depends upon number of factors such as Type of room- AC /NON AC, size of the room, facilities provided etc.

Yes, Mobile phones are allowed in all the hostels as it is a necessity in today's times. Shraddha bnys hostel, manglore also allows students to have cell phones and use them inside their hostels. They can't deny you for using or carring mobile phones.

(Since then no update has been made related to the hostel fees)

Apart from this, Students allotted A.C. Rooms are required to pay additionally 20,000 per semester.
