There are separate rooms for boys and girls with AC and Non-AC facilities. The hostel environment is so neat and clean with fresh airy and greenery outside. They also have a strict warden here but only when it comes to flouting of rules. You got all the basic amenities like- bed, cupboard, table, chair etc. With WiFi.

At sastra university,students should be in the hostel premises at 6.30 pm everyday.Girls are not allowed to leave the college campus without guardian or parent.There will be a rollcall in the hostel, if that student is not present at that time he or she will be absent. And those students will be expelled from hostel if satisfactory explanation is not given.

Everything depends on the coaching you've enrolled in, the hostel or PG you've booked for your stay, the mess where you'll be eating, and the usual expenditures you're used to. It might range from 2 to 3 lakhs on average ( considering all kinds of expenses of all varieties).

The annual fees for the boys hostel in the  sri Vidyanikethan college is around 40,000-50,000 rupees which includes the stay, meal ( mess facilities ) and various other facilities as well.

It has a good review and students say that they offer clean and a wonderful environment to stay.
