Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University have separate accommodation for both boys and girls. The university has hostels for women Started in 1954 with only one block. Now it has nine blocks, five in premises-I and four in Premises-II inclusive of a working women’s hostel. The rooms in these hostels are spacious and offer a comfortable stay to the students.

The L D College of Engineering's Hostel is just for male students. When applying for admission, the student must bring their mark sheet, a photo, and any other pertinent information. The hostel students are meant to have local guardians who can be called in an emergency.
