You can appear for NCHM JEE, AIMA UGAT, IIHM eCHAT, these are the National Level entrance exams for admission to the Hotel Management programme.
State level exams are- MAH CET HM, WBJEE HM, etc.
University level exams- Punjab University Tourism and Hospital Aptitude Test or PUTHAT, IPU CET
