You can give examinations for hotel management and Management it doesn't matter which subject you have studied at graduation. you can check the eligibility for CAT here which is the main entrance exam for Management programme. Check more informatin about Hotel Management.

In the hotel management you will learn various subjects like Management, Accounting, Marketing, Human resource with your core subjects.You must be physically and mentally strong by this I mean emotionally strong.You must have good communication skills as you will be communicating with guest every now and then

Your JEE MAINS rank is not good. Based on this you have no chances to get good colleges. So i will not recommend you for engineering with this rank.

Instead of engineering you can do other cources. I have no idea about management and hotel.
