You can either apply for NCHMCT ( National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology) online, held by NTA. Form will be applicable from 1st January 2019 and last date is 29th February 2019.
Or else you can apply in university sites, the admission process varies.

NCHMCET is just for the government colleges such as IHMs and therefore it is not necessary to appear in the exam if you want to get admitted into hotel management provided you won't get admission in any government college. Private colleges have their own entrance exams for hotel
