Hi, Please mention your qualification. First of all you will have to give national leval exam to get into reputed hotel mangement institutes like IHM's. Exam name is NCHM exam. You should have 50% in 12th to apply in this exam. Applications start in the month of December. Application are available till April 14th. You can apply here: nchm.ac.in
Also you can get into the field you are interested in like dealing with customers, food specialization and even hospitality like being a manager etc. So apply for the same. Good Luck.
As per the eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Hotel Management in MANIPAL, you should have completed your 12th class. Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and there is no entrance test.
