Can i get bsc i got 40 in hsc.

ekharprachi18 7th Jul, 2022
Hello student.
I hope you are doing well. The eligibility criteria for pursuing a B.Sc course is that students have to clear their 12th boards with atleast 50 percent aggregate marks from a recognized board in subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
So at 40 percent you are not eligibile for B.Sc course.

i got 61%in hsc .how marks required in mht cet to get admission to degree of b.tech

Arhana Chakraborty 30th Jun, 2022

For MHTCET, the eligibility criteria states that the student need to score atleast 45% in 10+2, in the Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects in addition with any of the subjects  Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology. For SC/ST candidate, the passing marks for 10+2 is 40%.

So you are eligible for the MHTCET examination. The score required for the BTech varies from the college to college and the ranks corresponding to the score changes every year. So based on the college you are expecting to take admission in, you need to score the definite score. I would suggest you not to focus much on this, instead focus on scoring the best you can do.

I hope this helps. Wish you a great day!

One of my friend told me that in bsc nursing colleges they take documents like hsc marksheet and keep it to them,is it true?

Parvati Solanki 1st Jul, 2022

Hello

Yes it is true .

Many college at the time admission collect their students documents for their course time period.

They take HSC certificate, domicile certificate and etc . So before admission just make sure that you have all your documents Xerox copy . Which you can use it when you need .

don't worry about that they will give all your documents after course completion and if someone already submitted their documents they can ask for documents in college when they need it . College will provide you some Xerox copy of it.

I hope this helps you

Good luck

Hello, can i take admission through tamil minority quota in SIES college nerul. I have 64 percentage in hsc board exam

Kushagra Singh 8th Aug, 2022

Hi candidate,

The minority quota is given to underprivileged community of the state. It is not related to your academic performance. If you are eligible, you can avail it and pursue your graduation.

It is the responsibility of the state norms to check and verify if the applicant is eligible to issue the certificate.

The certificate is valid throughout the country mentioning the community name. To get admission through Tamil Minority, you need to upload/provide all supportive documents which will be verified in background.

I hope it covers your query.

Thank you!

Sir/maam, Ive got 69.5% in HSC board and planning to take a drop for IIT. Will there be top 20%ile in 2023? And if there will be, will I be in top 20%ile

Kushagra Singh 19th Aug, 2022

Hi Candidate,

IITs (Indian institute of technology) are top first tier colleges of India. The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Candidate needs to have Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as subject combination in class 12th.
  • Minimum 75% aggregate is required for taking admission in IITs.
  • Candidates needs to clear the cutoff for JEE Mains and then JEE advanced with good rank. The seats are allotted based on ranks.

As you have mentioned you got 69% in class 12th board, you might not be eligible for admission even if you clear JEE Advanced with good rank.

But you can go for top state level colleges and IIITs by checking eligibility of each. For taking admission in NITs also needs minimum 75% in class 12th.

I hope it clears your doubt.

Thank you!
