To eligible to apply for NEET UG a candidate must have passed or appearing 10+2 with English, Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to general category must have scored minimum 50% marks aggregate in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination. For candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST it is minimum 40% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination. For candidates belonging to PWD category it is minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory examination. The minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31st in the year of admission. There is no upper age limit. Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals aspirants are eligible to apply.
Considering that the total marks for each subject is 100 marks including practical and theory, the aggregate percentage of marks that you have scored is 40. Candidates belonging to OBC category must score minimum 40% marks in PCB taken together. As you have scored the required marks you are eligible to apply for NEET UG but you must also fulfill the age criteria and other eligibility criteria as mentioned above.

According to the NEET eligibility criteria, aspirants who qualified in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English separately in the 10+2 level exam. Aspirants applying under the Unreserved Category must achieve a score of 50% marks or more in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their 12th standard or 10+2 level or HSC exam. Aspirants who apply under Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Class - Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) must achieve 40% or more in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in total in the standard 12th exam. 45% score or more is mandatory for General-PH and 40% score or more for SC-PH/ST-PH/OBC-PH are needed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology.
So, you must achieve 150 marks out of 300 to be desirable for NEET. A total of 550 out of 720 is promising and can earn you a govt. medical seat.

You can go for an On-demand Exam or ODE exam conducted by NIOS. You can give the exam in one or two or all the three subjects which are Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) supervises the Senior Secondary exam you can give without exhausting a year. The mode of application filling occurs online. The exam will ensure in the offline medium. The exam time is 3 Hours for a written exam and a practical exam.

Passed status of Class 10th. For NIOS 12th entry, the pupil of 15 years as of January 31 of the year obtaining entry. You have to submit a 10th class pass certificate from a known board of education, address information and two new passport-sized photographs.

As per your mentioned query , I would like to tell you that yes you can easily get admission in college ofr engineering without giving the entrance exam like jee mains and so on. As several top colleges provides you admission directly on the basis of your class 12th marks. But it is important for candidate residing in Maharashtra to qualify MHCET ,if the Candidate has not qualified JEE, to get into an engineering college in the state. So you can apply those colleges who take direct admission without any entrance exam.
