Hello Aspirant,
See 50% aggregate is not required in total for 5 subject but only for PCB combination. See eligibility criteria for NEET UG says that the General category candidate should secure at least an aggregate of 50% marks in his/her 10+2 and should have passed in English subject as well.
So if you follow the above criteria then there is no need to appear in improvement examination but if you do not satisfy the above criteria then you should appear for it and then on satisfying the above criteria you will be come eligible for NEET UG admissions.
I am also mentioning down the NEET UG eligibility criteria for your reference :-
** You must have passed 10+2 from any recognized central/state board.
** English should also be in your curriculum of class 12th and also you should have passed in it.
** You minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.
** Now there is no any upper age limit to appear for NEET UG as per the latest decision of Hon'ble SC.

Thank you
See there are number of institutions in India offering B.Sc. course in various streams/specializations and different colleges have different criterion since you have not mentioned the name of institutions in which you are seeking admission so it is quite difficult for us to guide you with an accurate information.
But with such percentage in 10+2 you are eligible for admission to B.Sc. courses and it is recommended to you that before going for admission into any particular college make sure to check it's eligibility criteria and admission process because some colleges have entrance examination as well.
For complete details about B.Sc. course kindly check out the link given below :-

See the rules for writing the MCQ answers in the answer sheet is that you should mention the option number followed by the answer. As you have put only the answer, the teacher may deduct partial marks but it won't be marked entirely wrong. You must be very careful with this things, because the deviations in total marks at board level examination are mostly for this kind of silly mistakes. Don't worry you will get marks, but its dependent on the teacher whether the marks will be deducted or not.
