No, the portion which was deleted from the syllabus for the academic year 2020-21 for HSC boards will NOT be included in the MHT-CET examination. The exam syllabus will only include the revised topics which were taught and not the ones which were deleted.

First of all you must give the NEET Examination and qualify it. After the results are declared for the NEET Examination, Counseling process will begin for seat allotment.
There are 2 types of Counseling -
1) All India State counseling - Students can get admission in Medical colleges anywhere in India through this counseling. It is conducted for 15% seats in all the Medical colleges in India.
If you don't have a Domicile of Maharashtra and wish to get seat in Medical College in Maharashtra you will have to participate in All India Quota Counseling.
2) State counseling - It generally takes place after All India Quota Counseling is over. It takes place for 85% seats in medical college in a state. Only the students having domicile certificate can participate in the state counseling of that particular state.
NEET 2021 AIQ Counselling process includes-
• Candidates to register themselves on official website of MCC- Medical counseling Committee-

• Fee payment- Re 1000 is to be paid by unreserved category candidates while For SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates, registration fees is Rs 500.
• Choice filling of colleges candidate wishes to get admission in

A security deposit of Rs 10,000 also is to be done by students which will be refunded if no college is alloted even after round 2 of AIQ counseling.
Following is the academic criteria a candidate has to fulfill to be eligible to write the NEET examination.
• Aspirant Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
• The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
• UR - 50%,
• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
• PWD - 45%
• AGE WISE eligibility criteria is candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022.
There is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgment on it.

Around 50% of backward-class seats are reserved in Maharashtra only to those who belongs to the state. The 200 MHT CET Seats Reservation are on the basis of Maharashtra's diverse backward class
Scheduled Castes and Schedule Caste converts to Buddhism (SC) - 13 %
Other Backward Classes (OBC)- 29%
Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC)- 16%

As you are born in MP and not in Maharashtra, your type A candidature is not possible. Now, for category B, your parents must have a domicile from Maharashtra to be eligible in it. As you have done your SSC and HSC from Maharashtra itself, its quite confirmed that you have to be Maharashtra State Candidature, However, to determine that, we need to know your parents domicile status

you have to choose (not appeared) as your highest qualification before diploma is class 12 . so you directly took admission to diploma after 10 class . the 2 years will be considered as break year

No dear, you can't get a college government or private with such a low mark in NEET. I will suggest you to give the exam next year. Prepare yourself to the best level and try to score atleast 490+ as you are an OBC to grab a seat for yourself in MBBS or BHMS or BAMS.

The type that you belong to type D since you have finished your ssc and hsc from maharashtra and you r father is an ex employee of the government of maharashtra or better said, the army . you can fill in type D for the mhtcet form.
