I have got 31.35 percentile in PCM (mht cet ) and 65 percentile in PCB (mht cet ) i have secured 86 % in hsc can i get admission for engineering ??

Hello student,

You can get admission in this percentile also in Engineering. You can get admission in some of the decent private colleges. Also, look for good private colleges in your region which can also give you admission by institute level.

I want to take admission for computer engineering. I have passed my hsc with 75% and also applied for cet. So hows the admission process and I am in open category?

Hello aspirant ,

The candidate aspiring to take Computer Engineering admission must be 10+2 (HSC) qualified with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or qualified equivalent examination.

The candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% marks (for reserved category) and 50 % (for general category)

Aspirants should have studied Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in class 12th.

Those candidates who will appear for the class 12th examination in the year 2021 are also eligible.

Here are some of the most common entrance computer science engineering entrance exam s 2021 conducted by the different authorities in India according to state...

JEE Main: This is the most popular engineering entrance examination in India. It is conducted by NTA in order to shortlist the candidates for admission to various engineering colleges including NTA, etc.

JEE Advanced: Only those students are allowed to take the JEE Advanced examination who clears the JEE Main examination with flying colors. This examination is a gateway for admission to various IITs.

MHT-CET : The MHT-CET or Common Entrance Test is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education

LPU NEST: This examination is conducted by the Lovely professional university in order to offer admission to its various branch of engineering.

IPU CET: IP university is the authority responsible for conducting this examination. Through this entrance exam, candidates can admission to various engineering colleges affiliated to the IP University.

UPSEE: AKTU conducts the UPSEE examination with an aim to select the candidates for admission to different engineering colleges situated at various parts in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Some of the other popular engineering entrance examinations are EAMCET, AMITY KEAM, WBJEE, BVP CET, CUEE, SRMJEE, etc.

After giving the exam, counseling for engineering admission starts. You have to apply compulsory to get admission in top colleges

Also ,you haven't mentioned your category... So I'm assuming that you are from General category.

According to this percentile , your JEE mains rank will be nearby between 1,00,000 to 3,00,00 from prediction.

how do i change the course type in cat application from HSC to ISC there is no option of it i am from ISC not HSC but its automatically showing HSC

Hello Aspirant

In CAT application form there is a option for correction which is should be done within the last week of September 2021. Only the correction on images is done within the last week of September 2021. Correction of other fields will be started from the last week of September 2021. Within this period students have to make correction through online mode. Candidates can login in re upload the  incorrect images for correction. The candidates who have paid the application fee only be eligible for making respective correction. CAT exam conducting authority is Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Indore, Kolkata, jammu and Kashmir.  CAT 2021 conducting authority is IIM Ahmedabad for 1200 B schools for MBA admission. CAT exam will be held on 28 November 2021.

Sorry last week of September 2021 I have to meet correction or your 12th class examination certificate.

I have passed SSC and HSc from Maharashtra and my mother has Maharashtra domicile. Am i eligible for NEET Maharashtra domicile?

Hi,

Actually there are five ways a candidate can fulfil the domicile criteria for NEET in Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State Candidature Type A:

  • The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from the state of Maharashtra.
  • The candidate should have a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra (should have lived there for a period of 10 years), or a birth certificate mentioning the place of birth in Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State Candidature Type B:

  • The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from the state of Maharashtra.
  • The candidate’s father or mother should have a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State Candidature Type C:

  • The candidate should have passed their X and XII from the state of Maharashtra.
  • The candidate’s father or mother should be a Govt. of India employee or Govt. of India undertaking, who is posted and reporting to duty in the State of Maharashtra.

Maharashtra State Candidature Type D:

  • The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from the state of Maharashtra.
  • The candidate’s father or mother should be an employee of the Govt. of Maharashtra or Govt. of Maharashtra undertaking.

Maharashtra State Candidature Type E:

  • The candidate should have passed their 10 and 12 from a recognized Institution from the Maharashtra- Karnataka border.
  • The mother tongue of the candidate should be Marathi and they should have a domicile/ birth certificate from the Maharashtra-Karnataka border area.

So yes , if you passed 10 and 12 from state of Maharashtra and your mother has a domicile certificate from the State of Maharashtra then you are eligible for NEET Maharashtra Domicile.

Dear Student ,

As MHT CET is not applicable to get admission in  medical colleges ,so if you are interested to go with technical or pharmacy line , you can appear for MHT CET .(For technical line , you should have mathematics in your 12th)


Well, after 12th .. without NEET exam, you can pursue the following courses to build your career later :

  • B.Sc Nursing
  • BHMS
  • BAMS
  • B.Sc Physiotherapy etc.

But , you need to appear may be individual  Entrance exams for some courses conducted by other universities/institutes .

Each year the books get revised and updated. Sometimes this update is very minor and can be done away with. All that said, it is still not recommended that you use old books as sometimes it might backfire. However, if you have any financial constraints, you may use old books and regarding addition of any new features, you can have a photocopy from your friends.
