im from maharashtra state board. In our hsc certificate only total marks are given not differentiated on theory and practical. What are the marks for eligiblity in neet for sc candidate?? im confused

Dr.Chhavi Srivastava 2nd Sep, 2020
Hi , in order to get eligible to write in NEET UG exam you need to score a minimum of 40% as per your mentioned category, which is an aggregate marks of physics , chemistry and biology together in your 10+2 with physics chemistry biology and English as your core subjects. And you should be a minimum of 17 years as on 31 December 2020. Talking about marks you need to go for total marks for calculating percentage and not theory or practical marks alone.
Hope this helps

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 11th Oct, 2020

hi,

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream, over all performance of candidates etc. however at this stage it is quite difficult to predict which college you may get. you may follow the below link to know about college and category wise closing score,

I passed my Hsc in 2019 but I have written "appearing " instead of passed in jee main 20 as I have given improvement exam in 2020. Will that create any problem?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 29th Aug, 2020

hi,

see you are correct of your information. the students need to say the year of passing in which year he pass the improvement exam. from this point of view your declaration in the application form is correct.

so stay relax and prepare for the exam.

best of luck!

I got 77 percent in hsc gseb exam and 85.74 marks in gujcet can I get admission in government college

Shani Kumar 29th Aug, 2020

With that percentage and marks, its hard for you to secure any position in any government college through GUJCET. You might still apply for any private college out there because they can still take you as per the cut off declared. You haven't stated your category so can't comment much but in general category, you might not.

How can i change from pcb to pcm after passing 12th HSC exams?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 27th Aug, 2020

Hi

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but now you cannot change your subjects from PCB to PCM.

This is because,

You have already passed your 12th board examination with PCB , so nothing can be done. The only option left is to study your 10+2,  again and choose PCM this time.

One  more option is to directly give 12th board examination from recognised open boards like NIOS with whatever subjects you want i.e PCM in your case.

I hope that you find this helpful

Thankyou
