I have passed Hsc with 60% but i have not given CET Exam so i can get admission in dpharm

Vaishak V Prabhu 21st Jul, 2020

Hafiz , to get admission into the Pharmacy course, you have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam. The national level entrance exam is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test.

There are various exams conducted by private and public universities for the admission to the various graduate and postgraduate Pharmacy courses. There are some of famous university level exams like BVP CET 2020 , IPU CET 2020 , MHT CET 2020 , etc. Few Institutions offer direct admission into the Pharmacy programme without appearing in an entrance test on the basis of the 12th marks.

All the best...!

after neet is hsc cretiera required for admission in your college ? want this college for bams ? how can i get?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 21st Jul, 2020

NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. So to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. This is the criteria followed for admission to Tilak Ayurvedic College as well. So once you fulfill this criteria, you can appear for NEET and appear for Counselling conducted at both All India Level and State level by concerned authorities. Once you qualify in NEET, you can take admission to BAMS based on the score that you have secured in NEET. During the counselling and admission process, your 12th marks do not matter. Your NEET score, rank in the merit list and Category that you belong to matters and not your HSC marks. So once you fulfill the NEET qualifying criteria, you are good to go.

i got a cut off 81.25 out of 100(MBC) in HSC TAMIL NADU(2020) ,can i get a seat in TNAU(TamilNadu Agricultural University) for food technology ?

sandhiya 21st Jul, 2020
Hello!
Congratulations! You scored brilliant. To get into government agriculturual colleges, cut-off of more than 85 is needed. But for food technology, it will be less. You will easily get private agri colleges. But studying agri in private college is worthless. Choosing government agri colleges is a wise decision. Try applying for government colleges. I wish you will get seat in government college.
Thank you!

Hello I m a sci student n have taken pcmb for my 12th i have no plans to get into engineering or medical but if i score like 90 percent in my hsc boards will I be able to get into engineering or medical then? if yes which are the colleges that take admissions based on hsc board percent ???

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 21st Jul, 2020

hi,

see 90 percentage marks in good score, however you must satisfy the eligibility criteria as well as must qualify in certain entrance exam like jee main , neet, wbjeeb etc to qualify for the admission process.

the eligibility criteria for neet exam is candidates must have passed 12th exam with physics, chemistry and biology with qualifying marks as category wise,

general category- 50% aggregate marks in pcb,

sc/st/obc category - 40% aggregate marks in pcb.

neet is compulsory to admission in any government or private medical colleges in india, so just only based on 12th score you can not get admission in mbbs or bds or any other course of health science which is under neet exam with out qualifying neet exam.

now coming to engineering entrance test, jee main is the nation wide entrance exam and most of the colleges of india has some seats reserve for jee main score holders, however to appear in jee main exam there is no specific marks required, but to admission in nits or cftis like institute you must secure 75% aggregate marks for general and obc category, 65% aggregate marks for sc/st category, or you must be under top 20 percentile in jee main exam.

now this year 2020, vellore institute of technology is taking admission based on 12th score, you may apply for it. another tier 1 institute is sastra university which 30% seats of btech course is fills by 12th score. so you may also apply for sastra university.

I have got 78percent in HSC what should I do do I have scope in medical

Koyel Bagchi 20th Jul, 2020

Hello,

Index medical college and hospital is a very much prestigious institute for all. Hsc percentage is not enough to persue medical course. You need to appear on NEET 2020. Minimum of 50% on hsc is required for this college.

So you have to focus on NEET.

Hope for the best.

Thank you.

i have got 147 marks in pcm 12 th hsc and 60% will i get admission in Engineering college

Koyel Bagchi 20th Jul, 2020

Hello,

Actually only board marks are not enough to get into any engineering college. Most of the colleges are required minimum of 75% in boards thats all. Though some colleges are approved 45% also. Most important thing is to get an engineering college you need to take the entrance examination sincerely.  Jee main,  jee advance are there for engineering entrance examination.  Also there are another some entrance. You must have to choose your genre and then appeared for this.

But this year just because of this covid 19 outbreak vit and bitspilani take the admission on the basis of 12th marks.

Hope for the best.

Thank you.
