Hello, sir/maam.Im a post graduate student, wants to do MBA in HRM with affordable fees. But really dont want to give CAT and all exams.

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 31st Aug, 2019
Hello,

See, if you want to get a degree which has a worth then you will have to give exams like CAT,XAT,SNAP etc, because then only you will get admission in top MBA colleges and doing MBA from ordinary colleges aren't even worth it so you should only go fir these colleges. Now, talkin about fees then even though IIMs are top colleges that you can get through CAT, you will still need to pay around 25 lakhs for the course.
Talking about private colleges that may offer you direct admission will also charge more than 10 lakhs.
You have option of doing MBA from distance programs at low fees.

how is HR career and what they do?

NAVYA BOINPALLY Student Expert 15th Aug, 2019
Hi
A graduate can start their career as HR
Generalist and HR Specialist . HR
generalist are less focused and handle
number of areas and tasks simultaneously. They may be expected to recruit new employees, assist in matching employees to existing jobs, coordinate retraining efforts or manage employee benefit programs. Others may negotiate with labor unions or manage payroll and compensation. Creating and enforcing a company's employee relations policies is also often a part of the human resources generalist job description. HR specialists focus their efforts in a single area, such as recruiting or training etc.
Hope this information is helpful
