There are various job opportunities in the field of human resource management. You can work in the industries, corporate, colleges & schools and MNC’s. All the  industries need to hire an HR administrator to settle and handle the activities regarding the hiring of employee, their benefits, compensation, salary settlement, training & development and maintain the work performance of the employee.

SCMHRD, stands as an example for rigor and perfection, which prepares the students for tomorrow's unpredictable events. Management is an applied art and also science and can be best learned and inculcated if live and real time exposure is facilitated. SCMHRD is helping to create leaders and entrepreneurs who are in tune with the world around them, are sensitive of their surroundings, are functionally competent and attitudinally positive and most importantly 'those who will sincerely persevere to the best of their ability'.  50% marks are required.

How much sallery get after HR course. In any company and office.

Vikas gehlot 10th Oct, 2018

There is great variation as far as salary is concerned for HR. It all depends upon Your skill and Institute from where you completed Your course. It is not good to assume very high packages if You are fresher because it demands experienced ones If you re from Reputed college with good skill You can easily expect around 6LPA when you are a fresher. If you are from average college then it would be 3-4 LPA.

You can expect an increase in salary as You gain experience, But if you lack in skill then HR jobs can be very low paying it may be as low as 1LPA
