There is great variation as far as salary is concerned for HR. It all depends upon Your skill and Institute from where you completed Your course. It is not good to assume very high packages if You are fresher because it demands experienced ones If you re from Reputed college with good skill You can easily expect around 6LPA when you are a fresher. If you are from average college then it would be 3-4 LPA.
You can expect an increase in salary as You gain experience, But if you lack in skill then HR jobs can be very low paying it may be as low as 1LPA
