As per my knowledge the dual specialisation started back in 2000 but not a corporate favorite anymore. In this age of specialisation don't dilute your core skills. Go for the subject which you think you will do well in or more passionate about. Also I would say MBA

Hello,

Seeing the previous trend ,you can get shortlisted in both the courses but XLRI also looks for sectional cutoff. Ypu sshould have sectional cutoff cleared then only they will call you for GD/PI.

And it also gives a little importance to your past academic grades and work ex.

The placement record for XISS, Ranchi has increased every year with a variable percentage. Talking specifically about PGDHRM, the percentage of placement is 100. 

The average salary is 8-10 LPA. I would not like to specify the number of companies as it alters every year but a minimum

U have attained a percentile of 90.40 in CMAT EXAM then u r not in the criteria to get admissioned in the XISS because the cut off or qualifying percentile for that college is 95%.
