When you plan to do MBA, there is no limited scope of job oppurtunities. Also you have various jobs in both the fields you mentioned.
HR has less money involvement as compared to Marketing and in marketing there is more of field work, sales and targets to achieve than HR
To become HR manager, you will have to complete MBA in HR along with that 3-5 years experience would be required.
