Yes, rough sheets will be provided in the examination hall by the invizilators so you don't need to worry about it.After the admit card is released please read all the instructions mentioned in the admit card so that you will not face any problem while appearing in the exam.Carry the required things as mentioned in the admit card.

I think so the exams had been cancelled. But still I will answer to your question. The synopsis makes you paper look somewhat pretty and it makes easy for the teacher to know the content in your answer. You have possiblity of getting more marks. So always put synopsis while writing the exams.

well the HSEE entrance exam is of 2 parts .it a computer based exam and the part 1 consists of 4 subparts and the 2nd part is the essay writing and 30 minutes are given.so here are some key points to write essay:
*kindly review previous question papers and gain knowledge on various topics
*divide your essay into 5 parts - introduction,your views on the topic,main body ,adv or dis adv or arguments ,conclusion.
*make sure you make use of idioms and vocabulary.
*donot waste your time on introduction and try to focus on main body.

If you are given the topic, you should think about the type of paper that you want to produce. If you have not been assigned a topic, you have a little more work to do. Practice writing essays from the topics given within the preceding year papers.
