Hello,

The answer is option 1.The person will have less urea in his urine because urea reaches the kidneys as a waste product from liver. This is due to the breakdown of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.Due to the long hunger strike the person survives only on water and so no urea is produced in the body.As a result amount of urea in urine reduces.
