IIIT Hyderabad has more reputation and is better in terms of academics and competitive aspects.

In terms of syllabus, IIIT Hyderabad has an updated syllabus. For cse students, coding starts from year 1. You have to not study science, mechanics and drawing.

Firstly NITs are better than IITe right. So placement are better in IITs. Then comparing IITH has signed numerous national and international MoUs with corporates and universities for collaboration on academic and professional fronts. Classrooms are top-notch. The library is still in the construction period. Hostel facilities are good.
