Sorry to inform you but you are not eligible for IBPS Clerk exam because the eligibility criteria to take the IBPS Clerk exam suggests that age of the candidate should be between Lower age limit - 20 years and Upper age limit - 28 years. And as per

yes you can write since the eligibility is Passed 12th or equivalent exam from a recognised board with 50% marks and  Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized University .

Since the eligibility is 50% and you got 55% you are eligible for to write railways exam, SBI
