See as per your age in 2022 you would be eligible for IBPS PO with following age relaxation as per the reservation criteria of IBPS :-
>>>> OBC - 5 years
>>>> SC/ ST - 5 years
>>>> PWD categories – 10 years
>>>> Ex-Servicemen – 10 years
>>>> Domiciled candidates in Jammu & Kashmir during January 1, 1980, to December 31, 1989 – 5 years
>>>> Persons who were affected during 1984 riots – 5 years
As you belongs to OBC category so you are eligible till 35 years of age because there is age limit of 30 years but OBC category has relaxation of 5 years.

>>> Either you should be an Indian National or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or people of Indian origin migrated from Zaire, Ethiopia, East African Countries of Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Malawi, Uganda, Burma, Pakistan, Zambia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam to settle in India or Tibetan refugees came to India, to settle in India before January 1, 1963
>>> For IBPS the age should be 19-30 years old.
>>> The candidate should have any bachelor's degree from any of the recognized institute as their minimum qualification.

Yes, you are eligible that is you can apply for the IBPS clerk exam 2022 according to your age. Because the maximum age limit for the candidate is 28 years and the minimum is 20 years but the maximum age limit differs or there is some relaxation in the age limit for the people who belong to the certain reservation categories.

As per the information available on the IBPS Clerk 2021 Advertisement PDF a ll the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by government of India a nd the final result of the qualifying examination must be declared on or before October 27, 2021. If you have passed in the qualifying examination that is Bachelor's Degree in September 2021 you will be eligible to appear for IBPS Clerk 2021 as you have passed before the given cut off date. This comparison is about selecting that thing which will have future scope and safety with opportunities. See banking jobs have advantage over engineering in any ways but the hectic work is something that is the main reason for not choosing it over engineering.
Talking baiut engineering, you will get ample of opportunities and you can switch your job roles based on your skills and interest. There are many ways through which you can do better jn your life. No doubt, initially the salary is low in engineering but it will good in IBPS PO as banking jobs have higher staring salary.
Just understand what your heart says and go for that.
Increment is also good in both options.

Min – 20 years Max – 30 years
Graduate and Full Time Post Graduate Degree or Full time Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/ HR/ HRD/ Social Work/ Labour Law
Marketing Officer (Scale I)
Graduate and Full Time MMS (Marketing)/ MBA (Marketing)/Full time PGDBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Marketing.
According to the official notification for Marketing only MMS / MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM are eligible but for HR Officer they have asked for Post Graduation in HR or other relevant fields. So according to this you may apply for HR Officer but in M. COM you must have HR as specialization.
