You have to first register for the IBSAT exam by filling in your basic details and paying the fees. After the fees is paid your registeration will be complete and you will get an id and password on your registered email.By login with your id and password you if be transfered to the application form where you be asked to select your test center and other details.

The primary and basic NMAT eligibility criteria for 2020 is
Candidates should be holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognised university. NMAT 2020 eligibility criteria have not mentioned any age bar to appear in the online exam. Candidates qualifying the NMAT exam can apply in the B-Schools of India.
Also,
Minimum Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience: The candidates having 2-3 years of work experience will be preferred.
Provisional Admission: Candidates who have given their graduation exam last year and are awaiting their results can also apply for the NMAT 2020 exam.
Maximum Attempts: Candidates can attempt the NMAT exam 2020 three times which include the ‘no shows’.
For IBSAT,
Candidates must graduate with a minimum 50% and above marks with medium of instructions in English
All candidates must have completed a minimum of 15 years of education i.e. 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis
Candidates must be from English medium in graduation. If not, then they have to submit the TOEFL/IELT/IELTS score.
Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply, but they have to complete their graduation requirements (which includes practical examinations/viva/assignments) before May 31, 2021. The admission will remain provisional until the candidates produce marks sheets and degree certificates as a proof of their eligibility. The last date for submission of proof of graduation will be November 01, 2021

One thing you should learn before doing MBA course is to be positive at all situation doesn't matter how difficult it is, So I suggest you to be positive for your result. What my opinion is about the selection of candidate through GD-PI process is that selection weightage is more for PI than GD, Telling about my experience I have been rejected to all those college where my interview was horrible like NIA, But I have got selected in Welingkar despite of giving average GD because of a good personal interview.
So don't take tension be positive for your result.

Harsh, IBSAT scores are not disclosed by the exam conducting authority. It is only a qualifying test for further selection process. So you would not know your marks and percentile. You will directly have to attend the next rounds of selection. The final selection is based on the performance in Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Past Academic Records. ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test (IBSAT) is an online based examination of 2 hours duration carrying 140 multiple choice questions divided into 4 sections. Looking at your expected cat percentile, there is no mba college in that range.
Some of the colleges can be IILM Gurgaon and Delhi
WLC delhi, DSPSR Delhi
As you can wait for the IBSAT Exam and keep your preparations up to date for upcoming exam.
If you can clear that exam then you can get admission in colleges accepting that score. And if you have applied for some asian schools also,
Manaswee if you are prepared to go onto thosw locations and if there is a probability of your admission there then you can look for a hope.
