Talking about XISS RANCHI if you are getting HR from that college than it will be a best option for you because it is one of the best college for Human Resource Management in India. Other than HR all other options like finance marketing and rural is just an average option which I won't recommend you. Talking about ICFAI gurgaon it is a branch college of ICFAI business school Hyedrabad and it is also an average MBA college which I won't recommend you to do. So from my side XISS HRM is best option if you are not able to get it don't go for anything work hard and try for getting some good MBA college.

Courses offered by IBS campuses other than IBS Hyderabad are as follows -:
1) IBS JAIPUR, IBS DEHRADUN offers 2 year MBA program to its students.
2) IBS AHMEDABAD, IBS IBS BANGALORE, IBS GURGAON, IBS KOLKATA, IBS MUMBAI and IBS PUNE offers 2 year PGPM program to its students.
For getting admission in IBS campuses you can give any of the these exams like - CAT, IBSAT, NMAT and GMAT.
Now talking about your second question is there any job experience needed for getting admission in PGPM the answer is" NO" no job experience is needed for getting admission to the PGPM program of IBS campuses.
Hello friend you can re-attempt CAT if you are not able to score good marks. I like to share a story here. My friend has given CAT 2017 with just 20 days preparation and just got 65 percentile. Again he gave CAT 2017 with self preparation and attempted 10 mocks and he got 93 percentile this year. Though he managed to get around 97 percentile in Quant and DI section but in verbal he just got 72 percentile for which my over all percentile dropped to 93.This happened just because he has attempted very less no of mocks . So for CAT-2019 he is preparing again and planning to give as many mocks as he can to increase his percentile to 99.99 .
So I will suggest you to prepare for CAT with lots of patience and hardwork. And most important attempt as many mocks as you can.You will definitely get a very good percentile.

I would suggest if you're taking up admission in IBS , go for hyderHydeor don't.
You'll definitely get IBS Hyderabad after 2nd list .. Probably till mid April/first week of April.

The faculty members are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. They use the internet, newspapers and case studies to teach. There is enough number of teachers in the college. The course curriculum is up to date and is useful to gain practical experience. Industrial visits are organised periodically
PLACEMENTS:
Out of a batch of 600, almost 90% of the students were placed. MNCs like Big 4, CBRE, HDFC, ICICI, Zomato, Wipro, Amazon, TCS, and some startups visited the campus. The highest package was around 10 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Mainly, marketing and sales jobs were offered.

the admission is based on IBSAT which is an online aptitude test conducted by ICFAI foundation. MBAprograms are offered by IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur only.
in terms of infrastructure it has Wi-Fi facility fully equipped it lives and classrooms are good with air conditions student activities are conducted every week and overall college is very good hostel facility is not available in the college but you can found PG near the cyber City.
faculty members of the college are very helpful and milk cooperative in learning and treat you as a friend the basic teaching methodology includes case study and group discussion.
