Which is a better option IMT hyderabad or IBS hyderabad?

Shreya_1549549812 Student Expert 20th Mar, 2019

Hello biswajit,

As you asked for a suggestion between IBS and IMT I would suggedt you go for  IBS Hyderabad as it is far better than IMT Hyderabad though there are better colleges than both of them. However if you have only these two choices then go for IBS Hyderabad.

In case of placement IBS get a plus point over IMT that play an important role for a student.

Hope it helps .

Thank you:)

Hey sir/mam i got 80.89 in IBSAT and i got gurgaon campus....so, is there any chance to get IBS hyderabad on the basis of my marks??

Karan Hedaoo 25th Mar, 2019

Hello Rishabh,

I'm currently in Second Year IBS Hyderabad.

The cutoff for first list for IBS Hyderabad is 90 percentile.

You may get IBS Hyderabad at final / last list , if you can wait till the end there's a chance for it,since cutoff eventually will decrease by April end.

Hope it clears your doubt. All the best.

What is recognition status of ibs Hyderabad

Karan Hedaoo 25th Mar, 2019
Hello,
I'm the second year student of IBS Hyderabad.
IBS do have a very good brand and recognition value in Market .
But Only IBS Hyderabad is best amongst all  , don't go for any other.
Talking about placement, it's around 95% batch placed with avg around 7L.
Batch strength is drawback with 1000+ students but if you could be in top layer of always an advantage with higher pkg.
Hope it clears your doubt.
All the best.

Hello Palak,

I would like to say that, in any institute you may study, because every institutes have their own way of teaching, this is my view about institutes but if you want to know that which is better, then you should ask the individuals who is or who was studying in that institute.
You should focus on yourself and your study.

I have got IBS Bangalore with waitlist for IBS Hyderbad , with percentile 89.599 . Will I be able to convert IBS Hyderabad with this ?

Mrudul Vasant Naik 5th Mar, 2019

Hey Saurabh,

The waitlist movement depends on the number of students switching from IBS Hyderabad to any other college or leaving the seat for any reason.

As per the previous trends, There is a good chance that you might be able to convert IBS Hyderabad but it also depends on your waitlist number and the attrition of the waitlisted candidates before you.

Let's be positive and hope that you can convert your call!
