There are a lot of privates sites which have pdfs of previous year ICAR papers,you can find them easily when you do a google search.I also recommend you to search for 'icar previous year questions' on youtube, as you will get solutions of those questions as well and links

Your marks are quite low hence you have very skim chances of getting a seat any of the top college for bsc agriculture.

Though there are some private or low ranked college where you can apply and try your fortune but the chances are very low.

The Answer is Yes Bundelkhand University Has ICAR Certified For Agricultural Bsc ( Hons ) and Then permission is Valid Till 2024 June After They will Renew There ICAR  Permission
