The full form of ICAR AIEEA examination is Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination for Admission. By qualifying this examination a student can get admission to various top universities/ICAR recognized colleges and universities for the courses in various subjects such as Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural and Fisheries. There are 75 colleges which accept ICAR AIEEA scores 2022 like 64 State Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural and Fisheries Universities (SAUs), 4 ICAR-DUs - IARI, IVRI, NDRI, and CIFE, 3 Central Agricultural University (CAU, Imphal, Dr. RPCAU, Pusa and RLBCAU, Jhansi), 4 Central University (CUs) having Faculty of Agriculture (BHU, AMU, Viswa Bharati and Nagaland University).

Horticulture and Agriculture courses-For Horticulture and Agriculture programmes, ICAR has 42 participating colleges. Agriculture has 1021 members, whereas horticulture has 211 seats.
Forestry and Fisheries courses: For Forestry and Fisheries courses, ICAR has 17 participating colleges. Forestry has 55 seats, whereas fisheries has 83.
Science and Sericulture courses: For Science and Sericulture courses, ICAR has 12 collaborating colleges. There are 104 places available in home science and 7 seats available in sericulture.
Agricultural Engineering and Dairy Technology Courses: For agricultural engineering and dairy technology courses, ICAR has 24 participating colleges. There are 177 agricultural engineering seats and 72 dairy technology seats available.
Food Technology and Bio-Technology Programmes: For food technology and biotechnology courses, ICAR has 5 collaborating colleges. There are 29 seats available in food technology and 40 seats available in biotechnology.

You got RT in chemistry. So, you have to appear for compartment exam to clear that subject after that you can apply for ICAR entrance exam.
In eligibility criteria of ICAR, it is written that candidates must have completed 10+2 coursework in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Agriculture, and/or Home Science.
Same for bsc zoology honours also.
At least 55% of the total marks on the Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent test must be earned in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
Note: Candidates must have passed Biology on the qualifying test in order to be admitted to the B.Sc. (Hons.) programme with botany or zoology as the main subject.

Your chemistry grade was RT. Therefore, you must take the compartment test to pass that topic before applying for the ICAR admission exam. According to the ICAR's qualifying requirements, candidates must have finished 10+2 coursework in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, agriculture, and/or home science.
Same for integrated bsc bed program.
