Hello,
You got RT in chemistry. So, you have to appear for compartment exam to clear that subject after that you can apply for ICAR entrance exam.
In eligibility criteria of ICAR, it is written that candidates must have completed 10+2 coursework in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Agriculture, and/or Home Science.
Same for bsc zoology honours also.
At least 55% of the total marks on the Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent test must be earned in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics.
Note: Candidates must have passed Biology on the qualifying test in order to be admitted to the B.Sc. (Hons.) programme with botany or zoology as the main subject.

If you are willing to prepare again for NEET and also wish to pursue a graduation course alongside, then it is advisable that before you take admission in any college you first go through all the details in the prospectus and get information from the admission cell.
Many colleges offering MBBS, BDS, BAMS etc degrees often get a Bond signed, and when the student leaves the course in between he/she has to pay the bond fee.
Generally if a Student pursues BSc, BA degree he/she isn't asked to sign any Bond and pay any bond fee on leaving the course in between.
But it is advisable to check before taking admission in any college.
