ICAR AIEEA PG-2020 will be a computer based  test. The duration of this exam will be two and a half hours. The medium of examination is English only. This entrance test will comprise of two types of questions - MCQ type and Cross matching type. There will be 150 multiple type and 10 cross matching type questions. This exam will have 650 marks in total. In MCQ type questions, for each correct answer, you will get +4 marks and for every incorrect answer, there will be negative marking (of -1 mark).

For Cross Matching type questions, for every correct answer, +5 marks will be given to you and for each incorrect answer, 0.2 marks will be deducted from your total score.
