Good student has to achieve at least 450 marks in in admission of ICAR for BSC e-agriculture, horticulture, sericulture, etc courses, gate top 100 ranks for admission in ICAR. For the given rank you will surely have a chance to get a seat in private college for agriculture bsc . Your farmer quota EWS will make a great change in your allotment. Here I'm providing some of the college below

ICAR is conduceted for 15% seats in all government colleges throughout India so the concept of domicile might not have much effect.

Getting a rank below 1580 will get you a seat through ICAR, that is a score above 360 atleast. With yoour score of 238  the cahnes of you getting a seat through ICAR are not high however I will still recommend you to go through the counselling (till the last round).

Yes, The Indian council of agricultural research after 1st ,2nd and 3rd mop-up counselling rounds releases provisional list of candidates admitted to various colleges of university of agricultural sciences, dharwad  under ICAR quota.

The undergraduate courses where admission is allowed using ICAR UG is BSc hons agriculture, BSc hons forestry,BTech food technology, BSc hons community science.
