ICAR UG Entrance Exam has a total of 150 questions divided equally amongst the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, for each correct attempt four marks are awarded and for each incorrect attempt one mark is deducted, the exam is conducted for 150 mins in MCQs format, you can access the entire syllabus at https://cache.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/Syllabus%20UG%20-2019_1.pdf

ICAR AIEEA is an all India examination conducted by NTA to get admission in best agriculture colleges.
To be eligible to appear for ICAR, you need to have minimum 50% marks in 10+2 board exams for general and OBC category and 40% for other reserved categories.
If you match the eligibility criteria and appear for the ICAR exam, you need to get around 350-450 marks in the exam to get in a good ICAR college.
This cutoff marks is just based on my research on previous year's cutoffs. The cutoff is based on the difficulty level of the exam, the number of appearing candidates etc.

To answer you question, ICAR- Indian Council of Agricultural Research examination is only for agricultural colleges all over India, it doesn't provide admission to Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, i.e, B.Vsc colleges. To get admission in B.Vsc colleges one can give AIPVT conducted by veterinary council of India. Or opt for state conducted Veterinary examination. Hope it helps!

To get admission in veterinary colleges at all india level, a student has to qualify AIPVT examination conducted by Veterinary Council of India. Bihar Agricultural University Bhagalpur is one such college in bihar which is recognized by ICAR,UGC and it was established in 2010.It is a good college and the admission is controlled by the Entrance examination board of Bihar or through BCECE exam and you can get chance in the college through that exam.
Rajendra Agricultural University is another such college recognized by Icar and you can get admission in that also but Bihar Agricultural University is the best to go for.
