You haven't mentioned if you are enquiring about TS ICET or AP ICET. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you belong to Telangana. If you are enquiring about TS ICET then yes, you need affix passport size photograph of yours and get the attestation of a Gazetted officer or the principal of the college where you have previously studied. This should be done well in advance before the exam day.
