CMA stands for Certified Management Accountant and this course is duly sponsored and offered by the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA) and the course focuses on cost and management accounting whereas CS stands for Company Secretary. The past percentage in CMA for intermediate level group one is 40% and for group two it is 65%. The pass percentage for final group one is 34% and the pass percentage for final group 2 is 57%. While the pass percentage for foundation level exam at 79%.

Since you have completed CMA from India  you focus on studying IND AS , which gives complete knowledge of the Indian system and you are not aware of the procedure to work abroad, hence you become restricted to work in India itself, however there might be companies of India abroad, you may look for them and apply accordingly but afterall the procedure for another country will be taken into account.

CMA India might not have a lot of value in other countries. However if you want a career abroad , you should consider obtaining  CIMA UK . if you are an ICMAI final year pass out then you will be exempted for the first 12 papers and you may give just one paper.
