is there any form need to be submitted to icsi between registration and cs foundation

Hello,

You must know that registration and exam enrollment form are two different events, and the you should not get confused in these two.You first need to first register with the Institute and once the registration is done, you can apply for appearing for foundation course exam.You then can apply for CS Foundation and the application Form will be available on the official website at icsi.edu

Will ICSI deliver CSEET study material at home after registration or i have to study in online only. And what are the Examination centres for CSEET.

You can find the reference material for all the 4 Modules at their official website: https://www.icsi.edu/media/webmodules/Cover_CSEET.pdf . There are three mock tests available in the ICSI CSEET Mock Test. You can solve that. These will boost your preparation.
