See there are no eligibility criteria that are mentioned. So technically your child is eligible for SAT. Now if the student is prepared well then he./she can obviously give the examination and if not prepared then also he/she can give the exam to get the pattern which the examinations asks.

Bhu is Banaras Hindu University. So if you want to take admission there you have to give BHU entrance examination. So BHU 2021 examination form release in April 2021. But till now it's not release. May be it will release soon.
