Yes an average student can definitely pass in Bachelor of Pharmacy you do not need to be a top student but you do need to stay focused and put in consistent effort here is how you can manage:

• Understand the subjects: in Pharmacy it is really important to understand how medicines work in the body instead of memorizing everything try to understand the why and how behind things.

The IIITM Gwalior is quite good college and has a descent academic remark and also the percentile secured by you in CAT is decent, so you should definitely give a try there is a chance that you can secure admission as per the previous year’s cutoffs but also depending upon on the course you are looking for as you have not mentioned it, so if you looking for any demanding course than in that case competition will also be high, so you should keep more options as well so that you can secure admission in any of the good college.

Sorry to say but you can't change your category from General to General EWS rank . In your score card you would have got your general all india rank. If you wanted to apply for EWS category then you should have applied in the application form itself.

Only there it was possible if you have opted there for EWS category then now you would have got your EWS rank provided if you had cleared the cut off.

DTU has a huge computer science department and each year the highest package is offered to a DTU CSE student that goes upto 2 crores. CSE of DTU is far better than CSE of NSIT.. students who are interested in infrastructure, placement , college life should prefer dtu. DTU has separate popularity among the youth .

If your rank is below six thousand then you can get seat unless you are not in GC.

The cutoff differs from category wise in general, obc, sc, st. After you clear cutoff you have to go through GD and PI process.
