There might be some different formats but there are two different types of OBC certificates too. So if you have the national certificate then you are good to go, however, if you have a state level certificate then it is not valid for the admission in the IIMs.

In my opinion IIM RANCHI is far better than iift kolkata because tag matters in life. If you get  passed out from IIM then beleive me you can work in abroad easily. But in case of IIFT KOLKATA you will not get that reputation. Also placement statistics is

IIM Shillong is better because it has emerged with the better return on investment, through the difference in marginal which is compared to SIBM Pune. This institute which significantly charge more higher fees which has larger number of recruiters on campus.

You should go for NMIMS rather than IIM Nagpur. NMIMS is one of the top B-schools in India, and only because there is the mention of the tag of IIM, you should not choose IIM Nagpur, as many IIMs are not yet good enough for acquiring quality education. NMIMS
