You will not be able to get a government seat in rajasthan. 

The minimum cut off marks for 85% state  quota for general category is 539.

The cutoff marks for comedk colleges range in 450 marks every year, so you should register for comedk right away. 

The eligibility is same in the MOP UP round if you join the alloted seat for MBBS & BDS then you will not be eligible for further counselling.

1. The students should have a agreegate of 60% marks in PCM.

2. The student should be under 1 lakh rank to get admission in VIT.
