IIM Ahmedabad 2021 cutoff

There is no change in the overall qualifying CAT cut offs, as well. The overall qualifying CAT cut-off for IIM Ahmedabad shortlist is 80 percentile for General Category, 75 percentile for NC-OBC, Transgender Categories, 70 for SC and PwD Categories and 60 for ST Category. The IIM Ahmedabad shortlisting process will begin in January 2022 after the announcement of CAT 2021 result.

The Weekend or Full- time MBA at IIM Bangalore are both considered good. Post Graduate Program in Enterprise Management (Weekend MBA) is focused on mid-career and senior executives whereas the Post Graduate Program in Management focuses on the professionals at the entry-level.

Yes, you can get into IIMs. However old IIMs is going to be difficult, you can definitely aim new and baby IIMs. You need to score high in CAT. You should also sit for other exams like IIFT XAT SNAP etc. And apply to institutes like MDI G which do not give much weightage to academic profile.

Well, in terms of IIMs and if they see the criteria of admission to IIMs, intelligent person is no more the one who has a good aptitude, but a person who has a strong academic profile. ... So – Academics and average profile is NOT a barrier to make it to IIMs.

In my opinion there are many students who will prefer IIM tag rather going for anything else. I think IIM tag is more pleasing and studying in it is very awesome. SP JAIN is one of the best B- schools in india. In fact, it is also comes equally with other IIMs.

Talking about which one is better, it totally depends on you. If you like finance related courses then SPJIMR is best. Otherwise you can go with IIM lucknow.

Placements: Placements depends upon the skills of the student. Definitely, SPJIMR provides decent placement offers but IIM lucknow is also very good. You will get ample of opportunities here. The batch size matters too, in SPJIMR the no. of students are lower than IIM lucknow. So, it  provides more flexibility to the students.

After all, i would suggest you go with SPJIMR because it provides decent placements offers than IIM lucknow and fees are almost same.

First and foremost, you must identify your primary area of interest in any of the domains offered by B-schools.

You should gain knowledge and do some preliminary work in your field of interest.

You should create a curriculum vitae (CV) that highlights your interests and goals in life.
