See PwD is a horizontal reservation category not a vertical reservation category which means that if you belongs to General category and have PwD certificate then you will be considered as General-PwD candidate and as per the latest reservation criteria, only 5% seat are reserved for PwD quota

With the academic record which you have mentioned in the question you should have at least 95-98 or more percentile in CAT and along with this you should have good performance in graduation as well because you will not be having any work experience just after completing graduation.
