Hello Sangeeta,
First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. But with the rank of 50 in the OBC Category your chances seems to be very less as the total number is only 120. Out of 120, 57 are for general category and rest for reserved. There is no announcement regarding the seat distribution in unreserved category but still the remaining 63 seats need to be distributed among SC, ST OBC, PWD etc. Still hope for the best because if around 28 people from OBC category take admission through open category rank then you will definitely get a seat in IIM INDORE.
I hope you will find my answer helpful.
All the best.
Dear Reader,
Cut off for IIM indore for OBC category is 80. If you have scored this much then you will easily get IIM indore. For more details kindly visit the link mentioned below. Also your category rank is quite good and counselling is done on the basis of your category rank.

Hi Dhruv,
IPMAT is an exam conducted by IIM Indore and offers 120 seats in totally for which the registeration of programme starts in the first week of August. On the other hand, NPAT is an exam conducted by NMIMS University, Mumbai and offers 600 seats in Mumbai campus, 120 each in Bangalore, Navi Mumbai and Indore and 60 in dhule.
I hope I have cleared your doubt. Wish you good luck.
You have pretty good chances of getting into IIM Indore for the IPM program. If you perform well in the personal interview then you'll have a sure shot chance of getting into the college as they have 120 seats and your rank is pretty good. So prepare well for the interviews as IIM Indore interview generally includes a lot of questions on current affairs.
All the very best
Hey, Kishan!
Adding on to what Abhinav said earlier; as a current student of the program, I can assure you that your science background will be helpful, at least in the first year as you have to take subjects such as linear algebra, integral calculus 1 and 2. Also, please be informed, that your knowledge in mathematics due to your science background will indeed come handy but subjects such as political science, microeconomics and macroeconomics might require additional efforts to be put in on your behalf.
Please note, it's not a BBA+ MBA program; you're awarded a BA (Foundations in Management) degree after successfully completing the first three years of the program. It is a BA (Foundations in Management)+ MBA program.
P.S. as a current student, I can assure you that we have a mix of students of every background, be it science, commerce or arts, so if you're interested, do go ahead and give the exam. Hope this helps. All the best!
