12th marks are given 5-10% weightage for your overall CAT score, that will affect the score a bit. This can not be predicted in advance about your selection chances of getting top IIM like Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Calcutta may not be sure but this may change and your 12th

Every IIM gives weightage to 12th, 10th and graduation marks. 76% is a decent marks and you are eligible for admissions in IIMs but for getting admission CAT percentile, GD, PI, work experience and various other factors matters.

Yes, you can go for Management in Business Administration after completing three year bachelor's in LLB course from any college. The basic eligibility criteria for CAt exam is 50% in bachelors degree from any stream.

You're wait listed for the new IIMs and you might a slightly better chance of getting admission with you reserved category quota. Your selection can not be predicted very accurately, it solely depends upon you Academics, Work Experience and overall CAT score. If you have a good record

When you fill the application form for CAT at that time only you select the colleges and automatically apply to such so u don't have to apply each college seperately.
So according to the cut off IIM gives you the call if you are eligible
