In addition to the number of years (quantity) of work experience you have had , the IIMs will also be interested in the kind of work you have done (quality). This might account for an edge in the interviews. So, work in the quality of work and gain as much experience you can have while doing your graduation as well. This will help you in long term.

IIMs are one of the most prestigious institutes in the whole country. They are well known for their brand value and highly equipped staff. Since the demand for the admission is so vast that the seats are very limited, hence getting in isn't a slice of cake.
Normally cutoffs for OBC are lower than general, but not by a great extent. So the expected cutoff might be 94-97.
