IIMT Greater Noida, is not so good college for Civil Engineering. If you only care about the degree so you can join this institute. But if you have expectations for placement opportunities than there are very less companies visiting the campus for recruitment.
I will suggest you to look for some other college for your engineering.

You will not be provided with any placement oppurtunities. It is not so that no companies come for campus placement but most of them are for sales or call center.
But sometimes some companies do visit there namely,
