In accordance to the previous year reports,the cutoff of OBC NCL was around 80–85 ,so this time considering the increase in seats and less number of applicants going for IAT,a score of 75 would be able to secure a seat in IISER. However the cutoff varies every year and
It is tough to get any iiser at 4000 rank because the cutoff of iiser tirupati which is comparatively less preferred was about 3500 for bs program and 3200 for bsms program so on that basis itis tough to get admission but yes if you have a decent jee advance
