Your category rank is 4424 and hence we can say that it is quite hard to get into IISERs.

In accordance to the previous year reports,the cutoff of OBC NCL was around 80–85 ,so this time considering the increase in seats and less number of applicants going for IAT,a score of 75 would be able to secure a seat in IISER. However the cutoff varies every year and also statewise. So you may definitely try for respective college. Hope it helps. For more information refer to

It is tough to get any iiser at 4000 rank because the cutoff of iiser tirupati which is comparatively less preferred was about 3500 for bs program and 3200 for bsms program so on that basis itis tough to get admission but yes if you have a decent jee advance rank or kvpy rank then you can apply on basis of that as well

You question seems to be bit confusing. As per my knowledge, there is nothing such as Unreserved Ranking. So, considering 5.8K as your All India Rank.

The closing rank for other IISERs is also around the range of 3250 CRL. So , With your CRL rank,it seems quite Difficult to get admission in IISER if cutoff remains similar to previous year .
