You question seems to be bit confusing. As per my knowledge, there is nothing such as Unreserved Ranking. So, considering 5.8K as your All India Rank.

Following are the closing rank based on IAT in year 2020:

IISER - Mohali

IATBS Program : 3546

IATIntegrated BS-MS Program : 3248

IISER : Pune

IATBS Program : 3546

IATIntegrated BS-MS Program : 3248

The closing rank for other IISERs is also around the range of 3250 CRL. So , With your CRL rank,it seems quite Difficult to get admission in IISER if cutoff remains similar to previous year .

Firstly, IISER Trivandrum does not have any B.Sc. program, it has Integrated BS+MS (5Yr), PhD as well as Integrated PhD (M.Sc+PhD) Programmea respectively. Secondly, there is no Forensic Science Course at IISER Trivandrum.
